Are Yeva Care products specifically made for teens?
Yes - every formula is designed specifically for teen skin. Young skin is more sensitive and reactive than adult skin, so we use gentler concentrations of active ingredients that are effective without being harsh. Our formulas are dermatologist-recommended and free from parabens, sulfates, and artificial fragrances.
What makes your recipe different from other skincare brands?
Our formulas are rooted in a family recipe dating back to 1927. Our founder's great-grandmother created a natural herbal cream that was passed down through generations. We've taken that original botanical recipe and enhanced it with modern dermatological science - giving you the best of heritage wisdom and cutting-edge ingredients.
Can I use multiple products together?
Absolutely. Our products are designed to work as a system. If your skin is in between stages, you can combine products - for example, use Shield daily for prevention and add Rescue as a spot treatment during flare-ups. Start with the product that matches your primary concern.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our Soothe line is specifically formulated for sensitive and irritated skin. For any product, we recommend doing a patch test on a small area first. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all Yeva Care products are cruelty-free - we never test on animals. Our formulas are also vegan-friendly and made with naturally-derived ingredients.
Skin Stages & The Quiz
What are the three skin stages?
We've organized teen skincare into three stages: Prevent (Stage 1) - for maintaining clear skin and stopping breakouts before they start; Breakout Care (Stage 2) - for actively managing flare-ups with targeted treatment; and Recovery (Stage 3) - for healing and restoring skin after breakouts. Your skin can move between stages, and our AI scanner can help identify where you are today.
How does the AI Skin Scanner work?
Our AI scanner uses your device's camera to take a photo of your face. It then analyzes your skin using advanced AI (powered by Google Gemini) to identify areas of concern - like oiliness, breakouts, redness, or dryness. Based on the analysis, it recommends the right Yeva Care product and stage for your skin. The scan takes about 5 seconds.
Is the AI scan accurate? Is my photo stored?
The AI scan provides a helpful starting point for understanding your skin and is not a medical diagnosis. For persistent skin concerns, always consult a dermatologist. Your photo is processed in real-time for analysis and is not stored on our servers - it stays on your device only.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon - join our mailing list to be notified when we expand to your region.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your product, contact us at support@yeva.care within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be at least half-full for returns.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting the Order Status page on our website.
