ive tried so many spot treatments - clean and clear, mario badescu drying lotion, benzoyl peroxide from the derm. They all either burned my skin or left dark marks after. It works pretty well on regular pimples. On deep cystic acne its not as effective but to be fair nothing OTC really is. For everyday breakouts tho its great.
